Plans to convert the former Health and Safety Executive offices at Foundry House on Millsands into 46 flats have been approved.
The vacant city centre building is now set to be converted from former office accommodation into residential use.
The approved plans will create 46 self-contained apartments inside the building.
The development comes as Sheffield continues to see former commercial properties in and around the city centre converted into new homes.
